Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.Special Occasion Products
Products offered for limited-time events (e.g., Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day) are final sale and cannot be canceled.
Refunds and Replacements
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, you may request a replacement or refund.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include photographic proof of the issue.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval, and the credited amount will appear in your bank account shortly thereafter.

Exclusions and Notes
